Key Elements of our Programme
One to One
An individual appointment each week with a trained Nurse Therapist.
This may be a time to ask practical questions or an opportunity to express thoughts and feelings in a safe environment.
The session is dependant on individuals needs.
Counselling is designed to help self exploration and understanding. The process should help to identify thoughts, feelings and behaviours that once accessed may offer a greater sense of understanding and enhance personal resources to change.
After assessment one hour of Complementary Therapy will be provided each week with a choice of Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Reiki.
