An individual appointment each week with a trained nurse therapist. One to one Nurse, Therapist and Carer....

This one-to-one time is a confidential time where you can talk about issues that concern you and express the thoughts and emotions you are feeling

This may be a time to ask practical questions or an opportunity to express thoughts and feelings in a safe environment.

The session is dependent on individuals needs.


Complementary Therapies

After assessment an hour of complementary therapy each week.

We offer Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Reiki


Discussion groups

sessions include;

  • goal setting,
  • the mind-body connection,
  • self talk,
  • relaxation,
  • nutrition & healthy eating,
  • fatigue management
  • expression through art and music.
