How Can Beechwood Help?
The diagnosis of cancer or other life limiting illnesses can come as an enormous shock to patients, their families and carers. They are likely to feel anxious, fearful and often, alone. People close to the patient can feel that they may not be up to the task of supporting others, and need support themselves.
Following assessment we will offer support, personal time, a range of complementary therapies and group sessions. If you or someone you support has cancer, beechwood can help you to deal with your stress and fears. We help to empower you, to identify your own coping strategies and we will listen to you and provide support.
Our Care Programmes offer a complete package of support to patients, family memebers and carers from the point of diagnosis and beyond. Our Patient Programe is integrated with the traditional medical treatment patients receive to ensure the best possible care.
